RTT works with the subconscious mind, the subconscious mind is an extraordinary resource like a vault where everything we’ve learned or experienced is kept. Early on we learn to navigate the world with our conscious mind, however change directed by the subconscious mind has limits. Will power alone can’t break the chains of bad habits or fears, we find ourselves making the same New Years Eve resolutions time and time again. To change we need more than will power and logic. We need to connect with our subconscious mind. RTT gets you unstuck very quickly and easily.

During RTT we access the subconscious using hypnosis, don’t worry hypnosis doesn’t take over your brain. Hypnotic trance is a completely natural state of inward focus. It is similar to the experience of a flow state like being totally absorbed, you’re not worrying about anything else. This heightened state of focus gives your mind more control not less. The critical, chattering mind is bypassed. We can access beliefs formed many years ago, review those beliefs and upgrade them. This heightened state allows the subconscious mind to become receptive to suggestions. Positive suggestions like seeds are planted in the subconscious mind. New beliefs are able to take root. Typically in just one session, no more than three.
